SNVICON : 2019
What we delivered
Event Communication, Event Digital coverage, Social Media Handle and Generated PR
Building on the celebrated success of SNVICON 2018, the Fourth Annual Congress of the Society of Neuro Vascular Intervention (SNVI) was held at Hotel Grand Hyatt, Santacruz East, Mumbai, India from June 14th to 16th, 2019. The theme for SNVICON 2019 is “Fundamentals to Innovation: Techniques and technology”.
It offered a series of diverse continuing knowledge in the dynamic field of vascular neuroscience and its convergent, rapidly developing technologies and ideologies and their potential in advancing healthcare applications.
What to expect out of SNVICON -19?
We created a pre-buzz on social media around core highlights of the 2019 conference. We designed a distinctive unit showcasing the skyline of Mumbai, featuring some of the prominent buildings for easy association. We then evolved a consistent design language to communicate different aspects of the event. The SNVICON MUMBAI-2019 logo ( with brain images ) was already created before we stepped into the scene.
The doctors behind the event
We asked some of the prominent doctors in India and abroad participating in SNVICION-19 to share their views on the necessity for such events and collaborations. We then featured these messages to encourage other members to relate and register for the event.
Awareness campaign on social media
Though the number of people getting affected by brain strokes is increasing each year however the awareness about brain stroke and its first-hand treatment is very low in general. We created conversations more relevant for a wider audience.
A 3-day digital coverage from head to toe.
We assisted Team SNVICON -19 with all their digital coverage needs like Event Photography, Videography, Social media live Interviews, and event updates and tweets.
News Coverage
It's often that such medical conferences and collaborations rarely make it into the mainstream news conversation. With the help of our health journalist, we simplified the medical conversations and created a few stories to create different relevant topics for news agencies to be interested in.
